As a Direct Support Worker, you are teaching and engaging people to be independent in their job as well as encouraging their greatest potential and personal growth. As a Direct Support Worker in the Grand Designs business, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Co-working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Screen Printing and completing Vinyl work on customer orders
  • Teaching job skills to coworkers
  • Completing required paperwork on client plans
  • Assisting coworkers in candle and soap making
  • Available to work  8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
