TARC’s business enterprise division is an excellent example of what “Creating Opportunities” means to us. Creating small businesses in which adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities can be trained in and employed is our mission.

Each business and service fits multiple needs for TARC, our community, and your local business. The various businesses sites are designed to be able to identify an individual’s abilities and talents and expand them to their maximum potential.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Employment continues to grow and strive for the best in every TARC Enterprise. These businesses and campus training sites offer many vocational options. The various business training sites are designed to be able to identify an individual’s abilities and talents and expand them to their maximum potential.

TARC’s programs provide paid employment with vocational training services. Training is provided in areas such as customer service, manufacturing, food production, packaging, horticulture, and janitorial services. Individuals participating in these programs learn communication skills, independence, as well as on-the-job training.
