To promote advocacy empowerment and full participation for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Terrebonne Parish.

TARC Values

People with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in Terrebonne Parish will have innovative services to achieve employment, community living and inclusion.

The Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Accreditation

TARC has received an accreditation through CARF since 2003. TARC Enterprises’ programs and Residential Services have demonstrated that they substantially meet internationally recognized standards. CARF accreditation means that you can be confident that this organization has made a commitment to continually enhance the quality of its services and programs and its focus is on individuals served satisfaction.
