At Cajun Confections, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing meaningful employment opportunities in our bakery and gourmet chocolate division. Our mission is to foster independence and enhance quality of life through the creation of velvety tea cakes, exquisite chocolates, and fresh baked goods and treats. Our dedicated team of artisans, each with unique abilities, crafts every piece of chocolate and baked good with passion and precision. CANCELLATION POLICY
PURCHASES
TARC requires FULL PAYMENT on all orders at the time of placement.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDER:
TARC understands that life happens and sometimes things need to be changed with your order(s). Cajun Confections will try to accommodate these changes if possible. Last minute changes to your order will not be approved.
Changes to BAKERY ORDERS require a 5-day notice prior to the date of pick-up.
Changes to CANDY ORDERS require a 10-day notice prior to the date of pick-up.
If a BAKERY ORDER is canceled at least 5 days prior and/or a CANDY ORDER is cancelled at least 10 days prior to pick-up date and time, TARC will transfer ALL payment on that order to a Cajun Confections gift card.
Last minute cancellations will result in loss of payment and there will be NO REFUND given.
Refunds:
Orders not picked up on the day specified are non-refundable.

TARC does not provide professional cake decorating. No guarantees are given on custom orders. Although staff will make every effort possible to please the buyer, TARC makes no claims for exact duplication of designs submitted.
Custom colors on any orders are not guaranteed for color matching.
All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the shop. TARC takes no responsibility for damages occurring when it leaves Cajun Confections for any reason. None of the products created should be left in a vehicle for any amount of time.
