The various business training sites are designed to identify an individual’s abilities and talents and expand them to their maximum potential.
TARC’s programs provide paid employment with job training services. Training is provided in various areas, including customer service, manufacturing, food production and packaging, and janitorial services. Individuals participating in these programs learn essential communication skills, develop independence, and receive on-the-job training.
