As a Direct Support Worker in TARC businesses, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Co-working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Working in 4 different departments completing different types of work for each department.
  • Assisting coworkers with job tasks in multiple departments
  • Teaching job skills to coworkers
  • Completing required paperwork on client plans
  • Available to work  7:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM on various days, Monday – Friday
