As a Direct Support Worker, you are teaching and engaging people to be as independent in teaching and training life skills as well as encouraging their greatest potential and personal growth. As a Direct Support Worker in Options Plus, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Co-creating Opportunities and Engaging with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Assisting in person-centered planning for recreational community and on-campus activities.
  • Ability to drive a TARC minivan for off-campus community activities.
  • Assist people in Options Plus with hygiene needs.
  • Positive Team Member, Experience with people w/IDD,
  • Able to work Monday through Friday 8 am-3 pm, Full-Time with Benefits
