SUMMARY

Responsible for providing management of staff and work activities of assigned personnel in the Restaurant and Gift Shop and TARC Cafeteria for the direct services to clients of TARC.  Responsible for ordering supplies for this department in a timely manner and preparation of any correspondence involved in a timely manner.  Work is performed in accordance with agency policy and through periodic conferences with Director.

This position is full time 240 day per year exempt status position.  Regular days of work will be as outlined on holiday calendar.

  • No felony convictions
  • Minimum of 22 years of age or older

  • Able to fill out and maintain records confidentially
  • Able to demonstrate creativity and good judgment in accomplishing the job requirements.
  • Possess a positive attitude toward those with developmental disabilities and their contribution to society.
  • Able to learn procedures and provide hands-on training which may require lifting, reaching, over head work, repetitive bending or vehicle driving.
  • Knowledge and experience in computer usage.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

A graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree  or five (5) years related experience in restaurant management.
