One of TARC’s newest businesses, LE BON TEMPS BAKERY, continues to thrive with their wide variety of homemade cakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls, tea cakes, and sweet potato pies. The homemade cakes can be bought by the slice, and favorites include the carrot cake, strawberry cake, and the chocolate pecan cake. The business creates opportunities for two staff and four TARC individuals. Currently, all of their products are being sold through the TARC Restaurant & Gift Shop.
