As the Project Coordinator at Cedar Chest (East), responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for ordering supplies for this department in a timely manner and preparation of any correspondence involved in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the overall coordination of services in the assigned area.
  • Assure all individuals’ rights and privileges are maintained.
  • Provide training, supervision, and direct care as needed to the clients assigned.
  • Organize, formulate and implement new projects to meet the fiscal needs of the program and the clients employed to perform the tasks needed.
  • Maintains customer database and generates internal database information, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
  • Assist when needed in all departments at TARC.
  • Be able to maintain effective working relationships and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • Properly complete administrative paperwork and submit within timeframes.

Education and/or Experience:   Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training with a High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
