SUMMARY

This work involves completion of job in all aspects of screen printing and heat pressing.  Work is performed within the established rules and regulations set forth by Federal, State and Local governmental bodies as well as TARC; and are reviewed through periodic conferences with the department Director and Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for preparation and printing of screen printed and heat pressed items, including preparing screens, mixing and loading ink, cleaning machines, and troubleshooting problems
  • Maintains equipment, materials and supplies needed for projects.
  • Maintain proper safety procedures in the manufacture of products.
  • Able to work varied hours to accommodate the manufacture and distribution of products, not to exceed 29 hours per week
  • Complies with all TARC policies and procedures as well as Federal mandates for assigned department.
  • Attend all training as required.
  • Be able to maintain effective working relationships and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
