Summary

This work involves the teaching, training, guiding and supervision of adult clients in the Bayouland Yard Krewe.

Essential Duties

Provide supervision, training and direct care as requested and/or needed to individuals assigned. This may include working with a client, one-on-one, Organize, formulate and implement job training to address daily living, social interactions, communications, health/hygiene, safety, team work, vocational skills and provide hands-on training to individuals. Conducts, develops and participates in assessment procedures for determining individual needs.
