The Administrative Floater performs duties of a receptionist, secretary and occasionally a DSW. The administrative floater supplies information to callers, relays messages, greets visitors, determines nature of business, and directs callers and visitors to the proper destination. Performs secretarial work for multiple departments, including the Executive Director, LPC and Department Directors, schedules appointments, and otherwise relieve of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Office Word Processing software.
