This department is an excellent example of what “Creating Opportunities” means. Creating small businesses in which adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities can be trained in and employed is our mission. Bon Terre Enterprises has served well for those who are capable of working in a full service canning operation. Learning to prepare food for processing and following a process from start to finish are some of the techniques taught in this department.
